4/30: Red for Heart Health

Did you know today was National Wear Red Day to help raise awareness of women's heart disease? Sure, wearing a color is a small way to participate in this fight but I think that every little bit can help in a cause like this one.

How fantastic is a flower for your boot? Just like a shoe clip, it totally gives an old pair (or new pair!) of boots a little face lift, if you will. I entered to win this Boot Beau in a giveaway and was over the moon when I found out that I had won. I was pretty busy today so I didn't get a chance to take a better photo of it other than this... but rest assured that this will not be the last time you see me sporting this pretty little flower! Also, not only do I love it, but everyone else did too! I received SO many compliments on this at work today.




Finally, what goes better with a classic button up shirt than pearls? Little else. I won these in a giveaway quite a few months ago and have been loving them ever since. You can buy yourself a pair at Odette Boutique once her shop is back from vacation. :)
