I never know how to dress for a baby or bridal shower. Sometimes they are rather dressy and sometimes they're really relaxed. I decided to hit the best of both worlds to play it safe. Denim on top so I didn't look overdressed if it was relaxed attire. Long skirt on the bottom so I would still look appropriate if it was more dressy. The scarf was added to keep my neck warm. The only downfall to having short hair is that your neck is always cold. :)
I hope you all had a nice weekend! I spent yesterday at the Ren Cen building down town, walking around with my boyfriend, eating Salsarita's for lunch (any place I can get fresh cilantro on my taco is instantly in my book of favorites) and catching an evening showing of I Am Number Four.
MMMMMMMM Salsaritas!!!!! Sounds like a great weekend! <3
ReplyDeleteThis outfit is so cute! And I know exactly what you mean about having short hair and always being cold. Story of my life!

First of all... gah! I wasn't following you officially? I'm the worst at that! I just remedied it and am now an officially official Fashion Frugality junkie.
ReplyDeleteSecondly... that pleated skirt - whenever you post it, I love it! I must get something similar.
Thirdly, I now want tacos. But cilantro to me tastes like soap. I wish it didn't because I love the sound of it.... cilantro, cilantro... so .... Tasty sounding!
