How do you feel about mixing patterns? I know I got a few crazy looks today, but that's ok. I know it's not every single person's cup of tea. I personally love this look. I felt great all day despite my bad hair day! Any outfit that can make me forget about that is a winner in my book!
Love the pattern mixing!! Your glasses always seem to be the perfect accessory no matter what outfit you wear! Must mean they are perfect for you :-)
ReplyDeleteAww, thanks! Yes, I absolutely love my glasses. I can't even fathom not wearing them. Contacts just aren't my thing. :)
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job.The combo is not hard on the eye,and the pieces are actually versatile.
ReplyDeleteLove both those patterns as well! I esp love that top! Great find!
ReplyDeletelinley.
That has to be best shirt I've ever seen. No joke. And you are so gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI'm not one for mixing patterns lest it be a scarf or something, but you did it wonderfully. ;)
I love polka dots & I love your blouse! I have a similar one with a bow but its black with white polka dots.

ReplyDeleteI dig this! Very Mondo from Project Runway, no?
ReplyDeleteRight on! I LOVE that top!!!
ReplyDeleteI love this pattern mixing - you did it right as far as I'm concerned. I like it for myself, but I'm not terribly bold with it. I always wish I could be more daring with it, but I chicken out at the last minute.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, guys! I had been wanting a tie neck top for a little while before I found this pretty lady at a thrift store a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure I did a happy dance when I picked it off the rack...
ReplyDeletelove it! patterns are our friends!
ReplyDeletereally interesting how you mixed patterns but it works
ReplyDeleteOooh, the bravery! Looks really great!! And I'm mad fir the houndstooth...I am an Alabama fan after all! ;)

Ps: I’m hosting a sweet t-shirt and tote GIVEAWAY today, so please join in :)
I almost always mix patterns and all sorts of colour that should not be seen together and most often just go with my instincts.
ReplyDeleteThis combination has to be one of the most soothing and pretty ones I have seen in a long time. The blouse is perfect and your mixing was definitely successful.
